Arachidonic acid is necessary for the production of, among others, prostaglandins, which are a very important factor in the growth of muscle mass and fat burning. It was introduced to sports supplementation thanks to the discovery of William Llewellyn, an American steroid guru. At present, this ingredient has been patented. Arachidonic acid administered from the outside increases muscle mass thanks to the increased production of prostaglandins, i.e. the main repair substances of the body. The effect is directly proportional to the dose - the more arachidonic acid is consumed, the faster and more effectively the muscle tissue damaged after training will be repaired, which leads to a much greater increase in mass and strength. What's more, arachidonic acid increases the amount of androgen receptors and raises IGF-1 levels. During a test checking the effectiveness of arachidonic acid on one of the most popular American websites, beta-testers recorded an increase in muscle mass of up to 8 kg during 50 days of supplementation.

Divanillyl Tetrahydrofuran - it is an extract obtained from nettle. It has quite an interesting effect on the human body, because, as the first studies show, it causes an increase in free testosterone levels much more strongly than the avena sativa extract, so far commonly used in dietary supplements. This ingredient is an inhibitor of SHBG, i.e. globulins binding sex hormones, which, when combined with a molecule, e.g. testosterone, make it inactive. Cissus quadrangularis extract - provides the body with anabolic ketosterones. It has been proven that ketosterones increase muscle mass and strength, lead to accelerated regeneration and reduce the amount of cortisol, i.e. a hormone that intensifies muscle breakdown during training. What's more, in addition to its anabolic abilities, cissus quadrangularis is also an antioxidant and improves joint function.

Trans resveratrol (Trans-3,5,4'-trihydroxystilbene), agaricus bisporus and hesperetin (3',5,7-trihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone) are ingredients that show strong anti-estrogenic effect. Hesperetin behaves as an aromatase inhibitor, thanks to which there is no excessive production of estrogens. Trans resveratrol, in turn, attaches to the estrogen receptor without giving any receptor information, thanks to which it disables the ability of existing estrogen molecules to connect to it. These ingredients can be said to behave like a combination of arimidex and nolvadex.

The last two ingredients, bioperine and dihydroxybergamotine significantly improve the absorption of the ingredients contained in the supplement, they are commonly used in various types of supplements. They prevent the pre-breakdown of ingredients in the liver, thanks to which more of them are absorbed into the bloodstream.

Usage:

Training Day: 1 sachet with a meal before training.

Non-training day: 1 sachet with your morning meal.
