Ingredients:

L-glutamine, acidity regulator - citric acid, flavor, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K.

The product may contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans, fish.

Dosage:

Mix one portion of 5g (1 scoop) with 100-150ml of water or your favorite juice.
On training days, drink two portions a day, one immediately after waking up, the second portion after training. On non-training days, drink one serving after waking up.
