Usage:
Recommended daily dose: 1-3 servings a day between meals and for approx. 1 hour. before and after training. Dissolve 1 serving (100 g = 2 scoops) in 170 ml1* of water.
Consume immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the portion recommended for consumption during the day.
Contraindications
