DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision*. The beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart*. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Our formula contains 144 mg DHA and 216 mg EPA per capsule! Daily two capsules provide the required quantity of ingredients.

Dosage:

Take 1 softgel capsule two times a day with meals.
