Dosage and preparation

Mix 2x1 portion (2x4.7 g = 2x1 full measuring cup, up to the upper mark = 2x1 teaspoon) with 2x100 ml of water, preferably using a shaker. Consume 1 serving 15 minutes before training and the second serving during training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
