Dosage and preparation method
Dissolve one portion (14 g) in 400 ml of water. On non-training days, it is recommended to use it once a day, about a quarter of an hour before training. On non-training days, however, it is recommended to consume one serving between meals.
Contraindications
It is not recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, dchildren, as well as people who are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
