Ingredients: whey protein concentrate (from milk), cocoa powder for flavor (chocolate, cherry chocolate, chocolate - sesame, coconut-chocolate), lecithin soy (emulsifier), citric acid and malic acid - acidity regulators for the strawberry flavor, aroma, thickener (sodium caroboxymethylcellulose ), sucralose (sweetener), beta carotene (color for vanilla, banana and cookies flavor), cochinacel red - color for strawberry flavor.

How to use
Dissolve one serving (30 g) in about 200 ml of water or skim milk. Depending on your needs, take 2 to 3 servings a day.
Training days: take the first serving immediately after waking up. The second maximum up to 1.5 after the end of training. And the last one, just before going to bed.
Non-training days: take the first portion immediately after waking up. The second between meals and the third right before bedtime.
