Ingredients: Whey protein concentrate (from milk), emulsifier: soybean/sunflower lecithin.
Dosage and method of preparation
Dissolve one portion of the product (30 g) in 200-300 ml of water or skim milk. Use up to two servings a day. It is recommended to use before or after training.
