Ingredients: 54% protein preparations (whey protein concentrate (from milk), egg white powder, whey protein hydrolyzate (from milk) ), whole milk powder, aromas, oat flour, 6% chocolate flakes (cocoa mass, sweetener - maltitols; cocoa butter, emulsifier – lecithins (from soy)), sweetener - xylitol; 5% fat-reduced cocoa, thickener - xanthan gum; raising agent - sodium carbonates; salt, sweeteners - steviol glycosides, acesulfame K, sucralose; emulsifier - lecithins (from soy).

Preparation method

Mix one portion of the product (50 g) in 80 ml of water. Mix until a uniform texture is obtained. The mass prepared in this way should be poured into molds and then baked for about 10 minutes at a temperature of 170-180°C. After baking, leave to cool.
