Ingredients: whey protein concentrate - derived from dairy products acidified with live lactic acid bacteria kernels/ soya lecithin (emulsifier)/ betanin (dye) / beta carotenes (dye) carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum-sucralose thickeners, acesulfame -K sweeteners. For some flavours, the protein content may change +/- 2%.
Instruction for use
measure out one portion of 30 g (3 scoops), dissolve in 200 ml of water or milk. Use according to individual needs: up to 2 times a day immediately after preparation. The package contains 23 servings of 30 g.

Warnings
dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
