How to use
For weights less than 70 kg: 1 Olimp Amok capsule for 30 min. before physical exertion. Over 70 kg 2 capsules 30 min. before the planned effort or otherwise after consulting with sports nutritionist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption during the day. Dietary supplement can not be used as substitute for a varied diet. A balanced way is recommended nutrition and a healthy lifestyle.
Contraindications
It is not recommended for use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people allergic to any of the product's ingredients. A dietary supplement cannot be a substitute (replacement) of a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
