WISH Xylitol 100% Finnish Birch Sugar - description
A natural substitute for regular sugar, 100% obtained from birch. Due to its chemical structure, xylitol has better properties than regular sugar. Its molecule consists of only 5 carbon atoms, thanks to which it does not ferment in the digestive system, unlike other sugars, such as sucrose or fructose. In addition, it has fourteen times lower glycemic index than regular sugar.
