Usage
It is recommended to consume 1 serving during the day about 30 to 60 minutes before training. The sachet should be dissolved in 250 ml of water and consumed immediately after preparation.
Ingredients: creatine monohydrate, L-citrulline, L-arginine hydrochloride, taurine, acidity regulator - citric acid; aromas, beta-alanine, thickening agent - acacia); N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, anti-caking agent - silicon dioxide; Rhodiola rosea root extract (Rhodiola rosea L.), Bacopa herb extract (Bacopa monnieri (L.) Wettst.), caffeine, sweeteners -, acesulfame K, sucralose; emulsifiers - lecithins (from soybean), polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (polysorbate 80); Chinese schisandra fruit extract (Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill.), color: carmine.
