Take 2 capsules daily with water.
Warnings
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Contains caffeine; not recommended for children or pregnant women; do not consume with other products that are sources of caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects (1.25 mg per serving). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) or more. Do not consume if on the same day you ingest other products containing green tea. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18 years of age. Do not take on an empty stomach.
