How to use
Take 2 capsules once a day with a meal that contains fat. Drink water. The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules.
Contraindications
The product should be used after consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the ingredients. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body. Before using a product containing vitamin D, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist. It is not recommended to consume more than 50 µg of vitamin D/day from different sources.
