Usage method
Dissolve a serving (31.5g) in a 500ml water bottle. Use before, during (every 15 minutes) and after exercise (about 200ml).
Contraindications
Not recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and people who are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not give to children under three! Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
