Biotin, or vitamin B7, belongs to the B vitamins, which dissolve in water and are responsible for regulating metabolic processes in our body. Biotin contains sulfur compounds, which are also present in hair and nails, thanks to which it is responsible for their nourishment, thus contributing to the stimulation of hair bulbs to produce new and strong hair. Horsetail provides the necessary silicon strengthening the hair cortex. In addition to its beneficial effect on hair growth and quality, the preparation supports skin health by soothing its inflammation. Sulfur compounds can work to calm inflammatory skin changes, such as acne, psoriasis or seborrhea.
