Description of nowmax® MAGNESIUM + VITAMIN D3 FORTE

Magnesium in the form of citrate is characterized by very good absorption by the body. The appropriate dose of magnesium affects the supplementation of the daily requirement. Magnesium deficiency can manifest itself in cramps, eyelid twitching or chronic fatigue. The product has been additionally enriched with vitamin D3 in a high dose, thanks to which it can help maintain healthy bones, joints and muscles. Vitamin B6 can strengthen the effects of magnesium, and in addition it contributes to maintaining proper protein metabolism, which translates into a stronger immune system.

If you feel a constant feeling of fatigue, you often catch a cold - this may be caused by a magnesium deficiency. Often, a deficiency of this element may result from excessive coffee drinking, as it affects the limitation of its absorption by the body. If you drink large amounts of coffee, it is worth introducing additional supplementation with good quality magnesium. Due to the content of vitamin D3, the product may work well for people who are particularly vulnerable to its deficiency. Vitamin D3 synthesis is possible thanks to sunlight, so when we have limited access to it, its level may drop drastically.
