It stimulates the proper absorption of calcium and phosphorus, thus helping to maintain a healthy skeleton and teeth in children and adults . It influences the quality of sleep positively and supports its regulation. Vitamin K contributes to proper blood clotting, thus has an anti-haemorrhagic effect . It has anti-inflammatory, antifungal, analgesic and antibacterial properties. One of the symptoms of vitamin K deficiency may be nosebleeds, easy bruising or a prolonged time for the blood to clot. Zinc helps to take care of the skin , making its color even, and the complexion radiant and radiant.
