Contains 15 carefully selected, methylated and easily digestible ingredients, in line with the recommendations of the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians (PTGiP) to support the mother's body and the development of the child from the very beginning.

The composition includes, among others, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, biotin, C, D3 (2000 IU), E, magnesium, zinc, selenium and pantothenic acid. How to use
Take 2 capsules once a day during a meal that contains fat. Drink water. The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules.
Contraindications
The product should be used after consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the ingredients. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body. Before using a product containing vitamin D, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist. It is not recommended to consume more than 50 µg of vitamin D/day from various sources.
