Directions for Use
Mix 1 serving (6 g = 1/2 scoop) in 250 ml of water or other favorite liquid daily and shake vigorously! Use before, during or after training or at any other time, e.g. before going to bed.
On training days: use 1 serving (6 g) 30 minutes before training and one immediately after it ends. Optionally, you can also take a portion before bed.
On non-training days: take 1 portion twice a day between meals. An additional portion can be taken before bed.
The product can be mixed with drinks containing carbohydrates to improve absorption.
