Ingredients: Microfiltered and ultrafiltered whey protein isolate [from milk, emulsifier (soy lecithin)], defatted cocoa powder (10-12%), flavor (chocolate), L-glutamine, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), whey protein hydrolyzate (from milk).
Usage:
To supplement the diet, consume 1 - 4 times a day, 1 portion (24g) depending on body weight, dissolved in 300 ml of milk or water.
