Usage:
1 portion of 20 g - (1 scoop). On training days, consume one serving approx. 30-45 minutes. before training. On non-training days, take one serving a day. Mix the powder with approx. 200/300 ml of still water. When using creatine, remember to consume at least 2 liters of water a day.
