NOW SPORTS Branched-Chain Amino Acids is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules that contains BCAA amino acids. Leucine, isoleucine and valine are essential amino acids that are not produced by the human body itself, which is why their supplementation or supply with food is so important. Their use affects the proper course of regeneration processes in the post-workout period, thanks to which you can return to the next series of exercises faster.
BCAA amino acids have a positive effect on the synthesis of muscle proteins, helping to expand and maintain muscle mass at a high level. Leucine also has an anti-catabolic effect, which means that it inhibits the breakdown of muscle proteins, preventing the loss of muscle mass. Valine affects the regulation of nitrogen metabolism, thanks to which we obtain a muscle pump and active ingredients penetrate the muscle tissue to nourish and regenerate it well. Like leucine and isoleucine, it affects insulin sensitivity and can regulate sugar levels in the body. The use of amino acids minimizes muscle pain after training and reduces the risk of so-called 'soreness'.
