How to use
A single portion of the product - 15 ml (1 tablespoon) - use 3 times a day. On training days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second serving 30 min. before training, the third portion immediately after training. On non-training days: first serving in the morning after waking up, second serving between meals, third serving after the main meal.
