NUTREND BCAA Liquid is a fruit drink with an orange flavor containing a concentrated amount of BCAA amino acids and added vitamin B6. L-valine, L-isoleucine and L-leucine are essential branched-chain amino acids, important for athletes.
The body cannot produce them itself, so they must be supplied through other sources such as supplements or food. Amino acids are essential in the pre- and post-workout period. Before training, they allow for muscle nourishment, inhibit catabolism, i.e. the breakdown of muscle tissue, which promotes the building of lean muscle mass.
After training, however, they affect faster muscle regeneration, participate in the creation of new protein structures and reduce the feeling of fatigue.

Directions for use
1 portion = 40 ml. Protection of muscle mass - 1 portion approx. 30 minutes before exercise. Acceleration of regeneration, muscle mass growth - 1 portion immediately after exercise. Maximum daily portion - 80 ml. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.
