How to use

Up to 75 kg body weight and for sensitive athletes, mix 1 serving (8.5 g = ¼ measuring cup) with 150 ml of water and drink 30 minutes before training. Over 75 kg body weight or for high-performance training, mix 2 servings (17 g = ½ scoop) with 300 ml of water and drink 30 minutes before training.
