How to Use

Mix 1 serving (30 g) with 300 ml of water. Take 3 servings daily. On training days: I serving in the morning after waking up, II serving within 1.5 hours after training, and III serving before bed. On non-training days: I serving in the morning after waking up, II serving between meals, and III serving before bed. The recommended daily serving of the product is 90 g.
