FORMEDS F-VIT B2 Vitamin B2 is a dietary supplement in powder form, containing riboflavin (vitamin B2) and inulin – natural prebiotic. What does the combination of these two nutrients give? Vitamin B2 in the form of riboflavin is responsible for, among other things, maintaining proper energy metabolism: it reduces the feeling of tiredness and fatigue, and at the same time protects cells from oxidative stress. In addition, it has a positive effect on the nervous system (especially eyesight), improves the condition of mucous membranes, red blood cells and skin, and also supports the body in properly metabolizing iron.
The functions of riboflavin are supported by inulin, which acts as dietary fiber. Its fibers fermented by the bacterial flora of the digestive system have a beneficial effect on the functioning of the digestive system, including accelerating absorption of minerals in the large intestine.

Directions for use
