FORMEDS Pure Hydration is a dietary supplement in the form of soluble sachets, consisting primarily of three electrolytes - sodium, potassium and magnesium, which will hydrate your body and give you energy for the whole day. Hypotonic Pure Hydration hydrates up to 3 times faster than water, and one sachet after dissolving contains a total of 3532 mg of electrolytes! The product is available in three flavors, which have been enriched with a complex of B vitamins:

Vitamin B2 - affecting proper energy metabolism,
Vitamin B3 - supporting the functions of the nervous and circulatory systems,
Vitamin B5 - counteracting fatigue
Vitamin B6 - playing a key role in regulating mood and sleep,

Directions for use

Dissolve the contents of the sachet thoroughly in 500 ml of water at room temperature, then drink.
