Directions for use
Stress prevention: drink 1 capsule water. Use once a day for a month. Chronic stress: take 1 capsule with water. Use twice a day for 15 days. Severe stress: take 2 capsules with water. Use twice a day on the day before and on the day of severe stress.
Contraindications
Not recommended for use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people allergic to any of the product's ingredients. A dietary supplement cannot be a substitute for a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
