Directions for use
Mix a single serving of the product - 10 g (1.5 scoops) with 300 ml of water using a shaker. Use 2 servings daily.
On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before training, 2nd portion immediately after training.
On non-training days: 1st portion in the morning after waking up, 2nd portion before going to bed.
Contraindications
Not recommended for use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people allergic to any of the product's ingredients. A dietary supplement cannot be a substitute for a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion.
