Directions for use
Mix a single serving of the product - 10 g (1.5 scoops) with 300 ml of water using a shaker. Use 2 servings daily.
On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before training, 2nd portion immediately after training.
On non-training days: 1st portion in the morning after waking up, 2nd portion before going to bed.
