Creatine is a natural product, one of the components of the human body. Its main role is to supply energy to muscles. After reaching muscle cells, it is transformed into phosphocreatine, which, in turn, helps the regeneration of the most powerful energy source – ATP (adenosine triphosphate). Moreover, it stimulates the increase of muscle proteins and helps in body regeneration after intensive physical effort. During physical effort the creatine stored in muscles is used up within several seconds; therefore, it is recommended to supplement its level. ACTIVLAB CREATINE TABS are recommended for physically active people and sportsmen.

Ingredients:

Creatine monohydrate, bulking agent - sorbitol, avouring, anticaking agent E470b, sweetening substance E955. Product may contain trace amounts of soya bean, wheat and nuts.

Dosage:

4 tablets daily. Dietary supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Expiration date: minimum 6 months!
