How to use
Recommended serving size: 1 capsule with water. Use once a day. It is recommended to take on an empty stomach.

Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of 15-25°C, out of reach of small children. Do not freeze. The product contains live cultures of bacteria that are sensitive to heat, therefore the product should not be exposed to heat, sunlight and rapid temperature changes.
