NUTREND Unisport is a slightly mineralized hypotonic sports drink available in many flavors to choose from. It contains electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus, and is additionally enriched with valuable amino acids L-carnitine, glycine and taurine. It perfectly replenishes minerals and water lost in sweat, reducing the feeling of fatigue and weariness. Perfect for athletes and physically active people. It increases the level of energy and vitality and influences the proper course of regenerative processes.
A hypotonic drink means that by drinking it, you easily and quickly replenish water and mineral salts lost during physical exercise, and to a small extent, glucose. Hypotonics effectively quench thirst and do not cause problems with the digestive system. The product will also be used on hot days, when the amount of electrolytes and water lost from the body is increased. It will also be helpful in case of diarrhea, in order to properly hydrate the body.

How to use
Mix 10 ml of concentrate with 650 ml of water and consume before, during, after training or during the hydration day. Consume a maximum of 50 ml of concentrate per day. Do not use mineral water to prepare the drink because it disturbs the drink's osmolality and mineral balance.
