ACTIVLAB BCAA Xtra 500 g

BCAA Xtra contains branched chain amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine) and glutamine. BCAA amino acids constitute about 35% of exogenous amino acids necessary to build muscle protein, and nearly 50% of amino acids that must be supplied with the food. Glutamine is a prevalent “source of nitrogen” for the biochemical processes occurring within the body. The BCAA Xtra supplement is recommended during any excessive physical eort, as a dietary supplement improving overall quality of strength training and regular recreation.

Ingredients:

L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine, acidity regulator: citric acid and sodium citrate, aroma, sweetening substance E950, dye: E104 (in the lemon and orange flavour version), E110 (in the grapefruit and orange  flavour version), E124 (in the grapefruit and cherry flavour version) – May adversely aect children’s activity and concentration. The product may contain trace amounts of soya, wheat and nuts.  Best before: Date and batch number on the package.

Dosage:

Dissolve 10 g (2 teaspoonfuls) in 250 ml of water shaking in a water bottle. On training days: one portion of 10 g before training and 10 g after training. On non-training days: one portion of 10 g before meal.

Expiration date: minimum 6 months!
