Sea salt, called "white gold", is obtained by evaporating sea water. Thanks to this, it retains valuable minerals from which traditional table salt is "purified". Sante salt does not contain artificial anti-caking agents (E536). Additionally, sea salt is a source of natural magnesium.
The World Health Organization WHO recommends that the daily dose of salt for an adult should not exceed 5 g (teaspoon). These recommendations apply to salt from all sources - added to dishes and found in products.
