Dosage
Mix 1 serving (22 g = 1 scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) of powder with 250 ml of water. Use a shaker to mix. On training days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving immediately after training. On non-training days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
