Dosage
Take 4 capsules daily.
On training days, take 2 tablets 30 minutes before training and 2 tablets immediately after training.
On rest days, take 2 x 2 tablets between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Contraindications
It is not recommended for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, children and people allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
