How to use?

Mix 1 serving (28 g, 1 scant measuring spoon = 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml water and drink twice a day. On training days, drink one serving within 45 minutes after workout, and another one between two meals. On rest days, drink 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening. Use a shaker to prepare your drink.M.

Contraindications

It is not recommended for use by pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, or people allergic to any of the ingredients. Supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Healthy lifestyle and varied diet are fundamental for health. It is not recommended to exceed a serving size per day.
